3. After the publication and proofing are confirmed, the batch can be produced normally. For the production and production of the packaging and printing factory, this is actually the first step. Many color boxes not only have 4 basic colors, but also spot colors, such as special red, special blue, black, etc., which are all special colors, which are different from the normal four colors.

box printing.
(2) Coated paper. Coated paper is used as a packaging box, which is generally used as a mounting paper, that is, the pattern is printed on the coated paper, and then mounted on the gray board or wooden box, which is generally suitable for the production of hardcover box packaging.
(3) White board paper, white board paper is white paper on one side and gray on the other side. The white surface is printed with patterns. It is useful to make a single box, and some use a mounted pit carton.
5. Printing production, the printing process requirements of the color box packaging box are very high, the most taboo is color difference, ink spot, needle position overprinting, scratches and other problems, will also bring trouble to the post-press processing.
6. Printing surface treatment, surface treatment, and color box packaging are common with glossy glue, over-matte glue, uv, over-varnish, over-matte oil and bronzing, etc.
7. Die-cutting molding, also known as packaging and printing, is a more important part of the post-printing process, and it is also the last part. If it is not done well, the previous efforts will be wasted. Pay attention to the indentation of die-cutting and molding. Do not burst the line facing, do not die cutting is not allowed.
8. Finished product bonding, many color box packaging boxes need to be glued and glued together, and some special structure packaging boxes do not need to be glued, such as aircraft boxes and heaven and earth covers. After bonding, it can be packaged and shipped after passing the quality inspection.
